ABOUT TAMARA

I have been following the development of the digital economy and the associated restructuring processes since the early days of e-commerce. My knowledge covers all areas of online retail as well as the internal challenges of a company in the very dynamic digital age and the special features of the fashion industry.

During my 10 years as COO at Stylebop.com, I was responsible for the operational development of the company. During this time, the company grew from a nationally operating online shop with three employees to a global shipping company with a total of 120 employees and partners in 160 countries worldwide.

Since 2016, I have been advising international companies on the establishment and further development of customised, cost-efficient corporate and digital structures. Due to the close and very trusting cooperation with the company management, I know the classic pitfalls – also on a personal level.

The particular challenge in working with premium fashion companies and brands lies in recognising the respective creative approach and the resulting individual company structure. With my specially developed approach, we change the operational processes in line with the core of the company so that the brand’s very own DNA is also reflected in the new processes.
